There are currently two different vaccine opportunities for students.
Please see the details in each section below.
Saturday April 24 and Sunday April 25, 2021
Lane County Public Health will be holding a vaccine clinic for people 16 to 17 years old.
Where: Lane Community College
When: April 24 and 25 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
What: 2,400 doses of Pfizer will be made available for those 16 to 17 years old. Additional doses will be made available to the general public.
How: This clinic is by appointment only, please go to http://lanecounty.org/vaxclinics to schedule your vaccine appointment.
Important: All Lane County Public Health clinics are free. You do not need insurance and will not be asked for any financial information
Additional clinics are being held throughout the area, including Lane Events Center (Fairgrounds) and Autzen Stadium.
Please note: 18 year old students are also eligible at this time, but this clinic is specific to those that are 16-17 because only Pfizer is approved for that age group.
Tuesday April 27, 2021
Blachly School District is offering free COVID-19 vaccines for TLCS students ages 16 and older. This is a completely voluntary opportunity and an effort to keep our community healthy.
The vaccine clinics, staged at Willamette High School, will be open to age-eligible students. The clinics will be managed by the Bethel Health Center and staffed by Bethel School District nurses and volunteer health professionals.
The vaccination clinic will be held on: Tuesday April 27, 10:30-11:30am @ Willamette High School.
The clinics will be providing the Pfizer vaccine.

This vaccine requires a second dose 21 days after the initial dose. The second appointment will be set when students arrive for their initial vaccination.
Students are able to self-authorize for the vaccine under Oregon’s minor consent law. However, if you would like to have your child receive a free COIVD vaccine, please call or email Linda Richardson @ 541-925-3262 / firstname.lastname@example.org by 4:00pm Thursday 4/22/21 if you would like to be included. If you decide that you wish to have your child vaccinated during this time, we will transport your child and they will be supervised by health professionals and Blachly School District staff. All submitted information will remain confidential.
